Laura Quinn Harris

Laura Quinn Harris is a Wigan-based artist, specialising in oil portraits of people and animals. She has degrees in both Mathematics and Scientific & Natural History Illustration. Her work has been displayed in a number of exhibitions across the UK and abroad, including the BP Portrait Award, Royal Society of Portrait Painters, Wildlife Artist of the Year, Artists & Illustrators Artists of the Year, and Birds in Art. In 2014, she was a runner up in Sky Arts Portrait Artist of the Year and was commissioned by the Royal College of Music to paint Dame Kiri Te Kanawa whose portrait now hangs in the Britten Theatre.
