Meet Louise McMaster and Yasmine Nasri, our two wedding coordinators here at The Biscuit Factory.

Combined they have over 16 years experience in the wedding industry and they're a true testament to the business, walking alongside our couples and helping the biggest day of their lives go smoothly.

Here’s a closer look at the dynamic duo behind the scenes:

Meet Louise

Louise discovered her love of weddings when she started working in bridalwear straight out of college. Wedding coordination called her name when she realised she wanted to be more involved in her brides’ special days.

As a wedding coordinator at The Biscuit Factory it's Louise's job to keep things organised and stress-free for her couples, "My goal is to ensure every couple can truly enjoy their day without worrying about the details," she explains. Her favourite part of a wedding day? "The moment when the bride is given the nod to go down the aisle and everyone gets to see her for the first time."

When a couple say yes to getting married at The Biscuit Factory, they'll receive an onboarding pack from Louise which offers information on timelines, recommended suppliers and FAQs which all help them bring their vision to life.

When she's not busy coordinating weddings, Louise spends her time painting, kayaking and exploring Northumberland.

Meet Yasmine

For Yasmine, coordinating weddings is all about the connections. "I love making memorable experiences for my couples, it's amazing to be part of their special occasion," she shares. Yasmine comes from a brewing background, before wanting to do something more creative and has now been in the wedding industry for three years.

Yasmine thrives under pressure, managing timelines and ensuring every element is picture-perfect. "I'm the behind-the-scenes" cheerleader," she says. Her favourite moment? "Announcing the couple back into the room when they're officially married and hearing their friends and family cheer for them, it's so special."

Yasmine helps her couples bring their vision to life by listening to what's important to them, throwing the traditional out the window and making their day truly bespoke.

In her spare time, Yasmine is at the beach or working out at her local pilates studio.
