Fiona McAlear is a jeweller based in Sheffield. Fiona grew up in Birmingham where she has fond memories of visiting the historic 'jewellery quarter' with her Nan; who would often recall stories of past jewellers in the family.

During this exploratory time working with ceramics whilst studying for her BA at Manchester School of Art; Fiona discovered a fascination with flowers. 

 Her work takes its inspiration from line, form and repetition found in the natural world. Be it trailing ivy or falling cherry blossom petals, Fiona's jewellery creates a handmade version of nature all with its own unique aesthetic.
